Recently Manga Entertainment announced that it will be releasing a number of very popular animes onto the Xbox Live network via their Video Store. The service will allow viewers to download the released media and have up to 30 days to watch the films. Within that 30 day period the film can be watched for only 24 hours after it first starts, so you are able to watch the film two or three times in the same day, but that’s it.
The films that are currently releassed are Ghost in the Shell and Blood: The Last Vampire, these join Black Jack, Ghost in the Shell: Solid State Society, Kai Doh Maru and Ninja Scroll.
There’s no announcement as to whether they will be subbed or dubbed, but it’s like to the latter.
