TOKYOPOP at Durham Univeristy

by - on the 7 November, 2008 at 9.48 am

Today it has been annoyed by TOKYOPOP UK that they will be taking part in an exhibition at Durham Univeristy from the 4th September until the 21st December, 2008. This exhibition is part of the Oriental Museum, which displays various artifacts and bits and pieces of oriental culture across time.

As TOKYOPOP are arguably the largest UK publishers of manga, they have been included in part of this exhibition, where manga is taking a huge part. As manga is part of the Japanese culture, and is slowly becoming part of UK culture, it’s prudent for TOKYOPOP and manga to appear at this highly regarded museum.
